● Develop, implement, and maintain databases and data storage solutions to support the functionality and scalability of our system.

● Design and implement APIs endpoints to support various system functions

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design efficient and effective data storage solutions.

● Manage the deployment of sub-systems and optimize servers for optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.

● Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues related to database and storage systems, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the system.

● Design and implement storage and system-level architecture

skills and requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

● Open to candidates without working experience

● Extensive knowledge of Java, microservices and SQL

● Chinese speaking is a must as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Chinese

• Supply Chain Factory Cost of Sales (COS) management & product cost setting for Ink Supplies organization;
• Support key deliverables of planning and reporting: Monthly forecast (Flash) & Month end close with a primary focus on COS;
• Support CAPEX reporting & administration process;
• Support product costing and planning processes. This includes Product costing, Factory overhead and other WW Supply Chain costs;
• Support transformation and investments projects and provide business advisory on decisions on the basis of Financial ROIC;
• Drive and enable savings projects within above defined sco;
• Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making;
• Support policy and process improvement to ensure US GAAP and SOX financial compliance;

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions - Full spectrum of HR and Payroll function

You will be part of the HR Team, office at Bukit Batok. This role requires you to handle end to end HR and payroll full function for the local brand.


· Recruiting, retention, and talent succession

(Understand the organization's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions, means hire the right employee)

· Maintains compliance with local employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

· MOM work pass applications

· Oversees employee disciplinary meeting, investigation and termination when dealing with staff with complex and sensitive issues

· Providing information and answering employee questions related matters.

· Performs other duties as assigned.
Administration

· Maintaining employee p-files records, leave management.

· Update Company policies,

· Conduct disciplinary actions. Provides counselling, support and guidance to employee.

· All other ad-hoc administrative duties

Payroll

· Timely and accurate submission/payment of statutory obligations

· Provide support on payroll matters, tax issues and time track matters.

· Manage day-to-day liaison with Internal / Payroll outsourcing partners closely, including monthly attendance metrics.

· Provide reconciliation of final payroll based on monthly accounting schedule.

Requirements

· A Level/Diploma

· At least 2 years of relevant experience (HR and Payroll)

· Fluent in oral and written communication

· Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance to MOM, CPF and IRAS

· Hands-on experience on HR and Payroll

• Handles invoice entry and payment runs, including reconciliation and weekly patient refund deposits.
• Assists with month-end closing, GST input reporting, and updates the audit schedule.
• Manages finance-related phone calls, monitors and responds to the AP mailbox, and provides documents for vendor master data creation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in managing accounts.
• Proficient in SAP
