· Interaction and coordination with senior stakeholders (internal & external)

· Regularly coordinate internal and external meetings and conference (audio & video) calls for various departments

· Coordinating meeting schedules and administrative support for visitors

· Arranging and monitoring the signature of correspondence and corporate documents;

· Document filing and archiving

· Support the Office Manager with day to day office administrative duties, procurement and asset tracking/management; and

· Providing back-up support to the Office Manager in the absence, during periods of heavy workload, ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

· Relevant Experience: Minimum 1-3 years as Executive Assistant/Team Assistant

Main Responsibilities

• Review user requirements and reported defects. Write new and enhance existing test cases to accommodate the changes and bug fixes.
• Manual test execution on web applications (desktop and mobile web) and native mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices.
• Report bugs, track defects in issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira).
• Communicate effectively and work with individual developers to debug/resolve issues reported.
• Provide support to deployment, release and production incident.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• Minimally 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of application log analysis.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Jira and other tracking systems.
• Knowledge of test plan repositories such as ALM and/or Test.
• Team player and willing to help out teammates to meet tight deadline for testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong ability to switch between multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
