6) Have forklift license is a plus

7) 5.5 days work week

8) Singaporean / SPR and Malaysian only

Responsibilities:-

• Administrative, data entry and filling of documents
• Preparation of reports
• Co-ordination of jobs between different departments
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:-

• 5.5 Working Days
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
• Minimum N level / O level
• PC literate in MS Office

• Attend to patients enquiries.
• Scheduling and registering patients for appointments.
• Providing assistance to patients.
• Handle feedbacks and complaints.
• Other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels and above
• Relevant experience will have an added advantage
