Job Requirements

• An excellent command of the English & Chinese language, both written and verbal
• Good content writing skill, knows how to achieve good content flow for different types of content and resourceful
• Good time management and project management skills, able to manage deadlines and have a keen eye for detail
• A rudimentary understanding of SEO is advantageous

Duties

• Assist Recruitment Consultant with fulfilling the staffing needs of clients and job seekers
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews
• Provide support to the sales team
• Perform Administrative and Data Entry duties
• Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director
• Assist the Director daily tasks and follow up closely
• Other Ad-hoc duties apply if needed

Requirements

• No experience required, training provided
• Min A Levels
• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
• Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
• Team player and able to work well with all levels
