Job Description
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for Director
- Provide general administrative support to the team (attending to phone calls, responding to emails)
- Assist to do planning for business trip (e.g, book flight tickets, hotel, work visa)
- Basic Bookkeeping, handle petty cash
- Filing of documents and maintaining proper record of document correspondence
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
- Must to comfortable to run errands (e.g, bank errands, mail letter)
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate encouraged
- Minimum Tertiary education
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive working attitude, willingness to learn, multi-tasking, team player
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
