Reporting to the Fleet Operations Assistant Manager, you will assist in administrative matters, coordinate operations, maintain department documentation, and facilitate effective and efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Day to Day Activities

• Conduct physical inventory checks and counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Organise inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration
• Assist in the enforcement of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the team
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to fleet operation
• Coordinate communications between the fleet operations team, ground operators, vendors, and other relevant parties
• Provide our partners with timely upload of scheduled jobs without affecting users’ bookings
• Coordinate with our partners on equipment installations and repairs of our vehicles, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Assist in managing the purchase, renewal, and season parking transfers for our fleet
• Provide operational support to the fleet operations team as required by the team

Who We Are Looking For

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems / Technology, Automotive / Mechanical Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
• Highly motivated with a strong sense of discipline, working well under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar and comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets
• A valid Class 3 / 3A / 3C / 3CA licence will be advantageous

• Prepare meeting materials for production planning such as line-ups, rundowns and location surveys which includes schedule paperwork and camera scripts for Producers.
• Requistion of props and costumes.
• Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.

• Prepare production reports.

Job Description

The candidate will be attached to the Digital Health Solutions department. He/she will be Involved in development of software solutions through projects at DxD Hub. In this position, the candidate will gain exposure to the product development life cycle of software as medical device (SaMD), and breadth of technologies and disease states in the digital health space.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and draft software specifications and other design and develop features based on product requirements
• Quick software prototyping for test-bedding of software for use case scenarios
• Development of frontend and backend software for the specific projects
• Potentially working with various startups to develop web apps, mobile apps on Android or iOS platform for healthcare applications
• Perform software documentation, verification testing, software validation, troubleshooting and optimization to ensure requirements are met.
• Liaise and coordinate with team for software deployment and Usability testing.

Work closely with the Project manager:

• Conceptualize product with inputs from researchers, clinicians, and industry to design novel and clinically relevant digital health applications.
• Oversee product development, verification, and validation of digital health applications.
• Write software documentation in accordance with ISO 13485
• Compile and communicate software development for progress reports for milestone reviews with management
• Support the research team in the execution of the project
