Job Highlights:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Salary Range: $1,500 to $1,800

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to management and guests.
• Monitor and ensuring have adequate stock of pantry and cleaning supplies.
• Assist with basic pantry-related tasks, such as cleaning cups and utensils, make sure pantry is clean at all times
• Regularly cleaning and maintaining equipment like coffee machines, microwave, refrigerator and water dispensers.
• Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the workstation, reception, common area, meeting rooms and toilet.
• Maintain general neatness of office, clear dust bins and vacuum carpet floors.
• Watering and maintenance of plants and removal of weeds or unwanted plants.
• Disposing of rubbish and take to collection point
• Any other ad-hoc work duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Prior office housekeeping/ cleaning experience is advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
