1. Providing general administrative support to trading and operations team.

2. Assist in preparation of financial related reports and schedules.

3. Providing additional administrative support as needed, working in collaboration with the other colleagues.

4. Pitching in any projects require it.

Scope of Work

· Support the department in carrying out day-to-day accounts duties such as:

- Assist in account receivable/payable process

· Assist in admin duties such as data entry, filing, documentation and etc.

· Assist in the issuance of cheques

· Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Minimum N/ O Level with basic accounting experience/ background

· Possess good communication/inter-personal skills and professionalism

• Resourceful, pro-active and meticulous

· Computer literate (MS-Office)

· Position: Lab Assistant (Air-Con Environment)

· Location: Loyang Walk (company transport provided)

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6.15pm) & once a month Saturday (9am - 12pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Daily Meals Provided + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain technical documents (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production lots

· Prepare and maintain documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory

· Prepare and maintain samples of incoming new samples for sensory evaluation and record evaluations

· Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)

· Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

· Minimum Diploma in Food Science/Chemistry or related fields

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

· Prior experience in lab environment/quality control systems
