Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the in preparation of patient for treatment
• Assist in preparation and setting of rehabilitation equipment for treatment
• Assist in teaching and supervision of therapeutic exercises as prescribed by therapists
• Assist in preparation and application of electrical modalities as prescribed by therapists
• Assist in lifting and transferring of patients
• Maintenance and cleaning of rehabilitation equipment
• Checking and updating inventory

Requirements

• Preferably with relevant experience in healthcare
• Preferably with HMI/ITE certification for therapy assistant

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patient use.
• Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• GCE N level and above
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare setting.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Ensure all vendor invoices with appropriate supporting documents are updated in the ERP system on a timely basis
• Liaise with vendors for SOA and reconciliation of vendors' statements

Accounts Receivables:

Stockcounts and Stock audits:
