Position Summary :
We are hiring a lead engineer for the software development of healthcare application platform. The potential candidate will be involved in the development and solutioning for the transformation of Singapore Healthcare IT landscape. The candidate will be working with a team of dedicated & committed engineers to deliver the next generation healthcare digital experience across whole of Singapore
Roles and responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures & detail design, including resilient integration with external systems
• Develop solutions in hybrid cloud environment
• Design robust application that complies with IT Policies
• Hands-on development and mentoring of junior team member
• Work closely with DevOps engineer for Release management
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in software product development.
• Experience developing applications using native cloud service offer by AWS or Azure
• Experience with Containers and Orchestration such as Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience in design and implementation of REST API, and ensure the API is compliant to healthcare industry standards HL7 FHIR
• Experience in Microservice architecture design and implementation
• Hands-on development experience for Backend application (C# .Net core)
• Knowledge and experience in frontend development (e.g. Reactjs) will be advantageous
• Sound knowledge and experience in application design patterns
• Experience in Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD
