Job Requirements:

• Manage account receivable including issue and send invoice to customer, follow up with customer for payment.
• Record payroll and depreciation journal in system.
• Record supplier invoice and payment voucher in system.
• Full set account experience will be added advantage.
• Familiar with MYOB or other accounting system
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
• Execute other ad hoc tasks the Company assigns.
• Manage account payable including verifying supplier invoice, processing payment and record in system
• Familiar with GST reporting
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision and guidance.
• 5 days/week work
• Working area: Singapore, Kian Teck Road

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years of work experience in finance operation, accounting related functions.
• At least LCCI qualification,
• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Candidates that can communication with China customer is an added advantage.

Personal Assistant/Chauffeur Responsibilities

• managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

• reminding chairman of important meetings, tasks or deadlines

• booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

• responsible for all licence, road tax, insurance renewal

• Personal driver to Chairman for official business and personal appointments

• Provide chauffeur services to Chairman’s family members and guests as and when required

• Running of errands for the Chairman as and when required

• Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality always

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Proactive, Punctual, Honest and good work ethics.

Requirements

· Valid driving license with a clean record

· Familiar with Singapore routes

· Minimum 5 years working experience as Family Driver with top management

· Able to work irregular hours (including public holidays)

· Good punctuality, patience, attendance, integrity and work ethics

Job Description:

• Manage customer’s RFQ, review quote package
• Collaborate with customers and internal resource to define requirements
• Generate accurate and detailed quote summary for review
• Apply work knowledge to improve quote formats and output efficiency

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec, preferably in Mechanical or Precision engineering.
• Preferably with 5 years experiences in precision machine shop environment.
• Must be able to interpret technical drawings, BOM and GD&T.
• Review material specifications, surface coating and material pre/post treatment
• Familiar with CNC metal machining process like turning and milling etc.
• Meticulous and excellent with details
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with customers for their request.
• Well verse in Microsoft WORDS and EXCEL.
