The Senior Integrated Media Planner will report directly to the Director/Manager, overseeing the day-to-day development and implementation of media plans. We are looking for an excellent team player whose role includes ensuring quality control of our media deliverables and the execution of strategies within budget. The Senior Media Planner will also manage day-to-day relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and media vendors to ensure smooth communication and successful campaign outcomes. Expectations of a Senior Integrated Media Planner:

1. Planning

• Partner your Director/Manager to develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan
• Liaise with media owners for proposals
• Engage clients and creative agencies on day-to-day operations, competitive tracking & reviews, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels

2. Buying 

• Negotiation with media owners for better rates and value adds
• Booking of ads – both managed service and self-service
• Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission
• Digital ad operations (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing)
• Monitor ads during campaign period, weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings

The role of the Client Services Digital Partnerships (CSDP) team is to drive the successful onboarding of fintech and non-FI client opportunities, and account manage specific regional/global clients. In partnership with the respective business account leads across AP and globally, the team will account manage and support the clients’ growth plans in AP. In addition, the team provides onboarding program management support to client opportunities new to Visa.

What a CSDP Senior Consultant does at Visa:

The CSDP Client Success Manager (CSM) will lead the overall operational relationships with Visa’s key global and regional Digital Partners in Asia Pacific. The Sr Consultant role will work closely with the respective business leads to strengthen relationships, enable new capabilities, manage the geographic and product expansion of the clients, optimise performance, drive Visa’s business agenda, and act as the overall client advocate.

The expectations of this role include the following and is not limited to:

• AP Client Services relationship lead for key global and regional digital clients.
• Develop and deliver operational account plans & delivery roadmaps supporting key client objectives and Visa initiatives
• Work with Client Services and business counterparts in AP and other regions to ensure seamless support of global fintech and non-FI clients.
• Deliver the clients’ growth and expansion plans with accountability for delivery that meets the expectations of the client and Visa’s business objectives.
• Proactively collaborate across functions and geographies including teams such as Digital Partnerships, Product, Risk, Account leads, Treasury, and Client Services to deliver the clients’ requirements and key initiatives  
• Prepare and deliver operational reviews, quarterly and annual business reviews with effective and consultative support aligned to business objectives.
• Manage strategic planning, operational initiatives, special projects, and client-driven continuous improvement plans
• Align and set direction with Visa’s client teams, ensuring synergy through effective communication and a holistic approach to client management in AP and globally.
• Deliver Visa’s operational and strategic initiatives to clients such as enabling new business initiatives, products and solutions, onboarding new clients, delivering Business Enhancements and educating on tools and services
• Ensure that Client Services team deliver Visa’s objectives whilst helping to drive client success and a high level of client satisfaction
• Improve performance, cost effectiveness & compliance, introducing operational best practices and client processing optimisation.
• Pursue revenue generating opportunities with our clients including delivering value added services
• Accountable for operational client satisfaction.
• Provide an advanced level of technical consultation on systems, services & changes to clients
• Deliver effective event/incident management, coordinating business and client responses to processing incidents impacting clients, managing through to resolution, and root cause analysis.

Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Basis consultant to join our team. You are expected to possess functional and technical expertise to deploy SAP Basis solutions and best address our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• You are expected to support/perform SAP Basis Administration activities such as transporting objects to different systems and ID creations.
• Document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services.
• Responsible for managing system security, including user management, authorization, and access control.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve technical issues related to the SAP system.
• Responsible to manage system backups and ensure that the system can be restored in the event of a failure or disaster.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Builds a close working relationship with clients to enhance the image of the KPMG

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.
• Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA Environment
• Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance
• Experience with SAP Security Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and can deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
• Experience with SAP HANA and cloud computing is a plus.
