Reporting to the Deputy Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in the Finance team to deliver the full spectrum of professional finance, tax and compliance activities to Woh Hup (WH) Group of companies. • Indirect Tax: Preparing and reviewing GST returns prior to submission to IRAS. Conducting GST health checks on GST returns. Reviewing and providing advice on GST compliance processes. Assist in tax audits and queries from tax authorities. Assist Deputy Finance Manager in relation to Transfer Pricing compliance including planning of comprehensive tax and transfer pricing strategies for local and regional portfolios.
• Change management and growth opportunities: Support and shadow the Deputy Finance Manager for transformation and growth projects, e.g. but not limited to new business new ventures/expansion, supporting through providing finance and tax advice and initiatives to adopt new tax legislations and controls, mitigate risks and project managing implementation of new systems and digital transformation.

Skills and Requirements

• A degree in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.

We're looking for a Senior Presales Consultant for Enablon software portfolio. You will report to the Associate Director, Pre-Sales.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working arrangements, working from home 2-3 days per week). #LI-Hybrid

About the Role

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of the Enablon software platform functionality, in the field of Risk, Health and Safety, Control of Work, ESG, Quality and Process Safety. You will be part of the sales team building and presenting our solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers and responding to functional and technical requirements. In this role, you will also be capturing requirements to enhance our product Road Map and fuel product innovation.

• Consult and discover with existing and potential clients to understand their specific needs, challenges and industry issues that they face before providing specific solutions using the Enablon platform.
• Build a solution-oriented presentation based your expertise but as well on analysis and understanding of the customer problematic and needs/ build a technical solution based on the company portfolio.
• Work with EAM to prepare the presentation deck and deliver demonstration presentations to customers, both remotely and on site for, often, large audiences focused on areas of interest and solving challenges raised in discovery sessions
• Deliver Proofs of Concepts by applying solution functionalities using client’s sample data
• Preparing proposals and answer questions and requirements found in Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents tailoring responses based on information uncovered during discovery
• Prepare personalized demonstration platforms with relevant information for each existing/prospective customer
• Prepare individualized scoping document mapping prospective customer needs to Enablon products
• Serve as technical and functional expert for solutions
• Bridge the gap between our products and our customers’ needs (Product SME)
• Gather and document existing/prospective customer needs/gaps/new features for potential product enhancements
• Work closely/ regularly with professional services team to analyse requirements and determine product implementation strategies
• Attend and represent Enablon at various industry events such as conferences
• Continually learn new versions and features of the software as the product grows and enhances.

About You

• 3+ years as a Pre-Sales Consultant in a Software/SaaS firm
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Expertise in EHSQ, ESG or GRC domain topics.
• Knowledge of Process Safety would be beneficial.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a Pre-Sales role at a Software/SaaS firm delivering Demonstrations, POCs and participating in the sales cycle is a plus, along with any experience in Corporate Visions’ methodologies.
• Open to candidates that are interested in a Pre-Sales role with client facing Professional Services experience

• At least 2 years of doing Quantity and Material estimation for Commercial Interior Design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is to provide all areas of support in recruitment, development and management of volunteers to implement and execute programmes, services and activities of the Centre.

1. To assist in recruiting, orientating and supporting volunteers in their role of journeying with released inmates.

1. To plan and co-ordinate volunteer resource to implement programmes and services according to identified plans that enhance the re-integration potential of released inmates.

1. To manage and coordinate volunteers to undergo identified and appropriate training and development courses that are in alignment to Centre's training plan.

1. To assist in developing platforms or structures to ensure that the well-being of volunteers is taken care of and that they are duly recognised for their effort of supporting beneficiaries.

1. To assist in collection and collation of information from volunteers to support the generation of monthly and quarterly reports on programmes and services to management, corporate and individual donors, partners and volunteers.

1. Assist in fund-raising initiatives especially in planning and organising events involving external stake-holders, corporate partners, volunteers and community.

2. Support and assist the operation of faith-related work of the Centre both inside and outside the prisons.

At least a diploma in any discipline.

About the role

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Solution and Automation department in providing robotics and automation solutions to support the achievement of operation and business objectives to drive long term sustainable business growth.

What you will be doing

Robotics & Automation Solutions:

• Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contracts or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visits and presentation.
• Initiate and lead projects, from scoping to implementation phase with a focus on Robotics & Automation.

The successful candidate

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Supply Chain or related field is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments
• Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability in drafting proposal & businesses cases using ROI or similar metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
