Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across our supplier base for thermal cooling solutions in the electronics and computing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring supplier quality and process reliability, working closely with suppliers to meet product excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Quality Monitoring & Improvement: Develop and implement supplier quality monitoring systems to ensure materials and components meet required quality standards. Identify and resolve non-conformance issues with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the related field
• Proven experience in supplier quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing or electronics environments.
• Prefer candidates with experience in mental stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, milling, and other metalworking techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of supplier quality management systems and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement practices.
• Six Sigma certification or similar is an advantage.
• Able to communicate with Chinese clients
• Willingness to travel extensively and work abroad in China or Vietnam for at least 10 months annually.
