Position summary

Cost estimation and preparation of tender submission in tandem with inquiry requirements from client or broker for Newbuilding / Conversion projects as assigned by Commercial Manager.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receiving tender documents (i.e. enquiries) and review of the tender specification to prepare costing into various segregated of standard cost structure.
• Preparing and sending out of RFP/RFQ to equipment vendors and to arrange for technical clarification.
• Reviewing of equipment vendors’ quotation to meet tender or specification requirements with competitive pricing.
• Collate forex, material and labor costs for estimate build-up.
• Preparation of detailed cost sheet for review, approval and submission according to given timeline.
• Identifying the critical items/ systems and carry out risk assessment.
• Coordination and collation of all tender documents from various internal parties and ensure all to be in compliance according to tender requirements for on time & quality submission.
• Assist in putting up tender review and cash flow projection if required.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Technical section in the Power and Renewables team for the development of Renewable Generation Projects in SEA
• Perform site assessments and evaluate engineering designs for ground mounted solar and BESS projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow up on the detail engineering phase with selected partners, ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and relevant legal requirements of the Renewable Generation Projects in SEA

Job Requirements
