You are responsible for managing the contract manpower for Managed Services Business Unit (MSBU). The incumbent will be involved in the resource management of all manpower from the vendors to ensure compliance of processes, and to achieve the business objectives of timeliness, accuracy and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Resource Management

• Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers to identify resource requirements, constraints, understand staffing requirements for upcoming projects and assignments.

• Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient deployment.

• Coordinate the assignment of staff to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements

• Monitor and track staff deployments to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resources are effectively utilized.

Job Description:

• Liaise with Branch's front-office and back-office departments in processing of credit and trade transactions
