Responsibilities:
1. Reservoir Assessment: Conduct reservoir assessments, including reserve estimations, oil and gas migration simulations, to determine the development potential of the reservoir.
2. Exploration Planning: Design and execute oil and gas exploration plans, selecting appropriate exploration tools and technologies to discover new hydrocarbon reserves.
3. Production Optimization: Manage the production processes of oil and gas wells, optimize production strategies, and ensure the maximum extraction of hydrocarbon resources.
4. Water/Gas Injection Strategies: Develop and implement water or gas injection strategies to maintain or increase reservoir pressure, promoting more effective crude oil production.
5. Reservoir Simulation: Utilize reservoir simulation software, such as Eclipse, CMG, etc., to simulate reservoir performance and predict reservoir behavior, formulating corresponding development plans.
6. Well Strategies: Design well strategies, including horizontal wells, multi-well platforms, etc., to maximize oil and gas production.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze exploration and production data, identify issues, and propose solutions to ensure production stability and efficiency.
8. Environmental and Safety Management: Ensure that oil and gas development activities comply with environmental regulations and safety standards, managing environmental and safety risks.

1. Reservoir Simulation Software: Proficient in using reservoir simulation software for reservoir performance simulation and prediction.
2. Data Analysis: Possesses data analysis skills, capable of effectively processing and interpreting exploration and production data.
