In this position, you’ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in the business unit and supporting business activities. Responsibilities:

• To support businesses in processing, performing loan documentation review and booking transactions accurately into bank systems.
• To collaborate closely with team to uphold and improve on service standards based on established cut-off times.
• To initiate and follow up on production tickets to resolve systemic issues as well as businesses on outstanding cases pending confirmation/ clarification.
• To participate and lead mini operational excellence or continuous improvement projects, to improve the agility and control of processes and scalability of existing resources.

Requirements:

• Qualification in related field.
• Experienced in banking and financial sector preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Description

• Position Title: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)
• Working Location: Commonwealth Ln (near the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole process of Accounts Payable.
• Verify vendor's invoices, DO, PO.
• Handle payments to vendors via cheques, Giro, or TT payments (multi-currencies).
• Maintain Accounts Payable ledgers using accounting software.
• Manage employees’ reimbursement requests.
• Handle day-to-day and month-end accounting and reporting functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reporting, monthly cash flow forecasts, etc.
• Provide assistance in year-end audits.
• Handle accounts for overseas-related companies.
• Check claims and payments made by overseas-related companies.
• Ensure the accuracy of month-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
• Provide assistance in checking year-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

· In-charge of Pipeline Department / Assign projects for new build or Additional and Alteration work

· In-charge of Manpower deployment and scheduling / allocation

· Supervise on-site installation and testing and commissioning

· Provide hands on guidance and technical knowledge to carry out pipe / accessories and hook up to machinery.

· Good knowledge in ACMV/ Process / Fire pipe work.

· Record, update and maintain records for site progress.

· Ensure work is carried out according to safety rules and regulations

· Communicate with clients on schedule / requirement

· Raise Purchase requirement for materials/ parts / tools / machinery to execute the work.

Requirement

· Good experience with carbon steel or stainless-steel pipe work.

· At least 5-7 years’ experience in ACMV/ Process / Fire pipe work.

· Good awareness in safety requirements.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to communicate in English with basic paperwork ability
