Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will support Singapore manufacturing operations by partnering with the plant general manager and operations manager. Your role involves driving, managing, and presenting key financial deliverables, including the Internal Operating Plan, interim forecasting cycles, and monthly actuals reporting. You will act as the main liaison between manufacturing operations and plant managers, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to controls. Responsibilities include developing compliance procedures, maintaining performance measures, managing annual standard cost roll, and conducting cash flow analysis. You will also support site performance through finance metrics, lead the E&O process, participate in Material Review Board meetings, and perform audits for consistent reporting and policy adherence.
