Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market strategies and cultivate new accounts
- Conduct financial needs analysis to understand client goals
- Present and customize financial solutions for client needs
- Track and manage leads and opportunities in CRM
- Build client trust and elevate market awareness
- Participate in firm-led marketing campaigns
- Leads are provided: Utilize them to grow your client base
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience in lead management and closing sales
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Background in sales, with a successful track record (any industry)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive, coachable attitude with a focus on growth
- Relevant CMFAS certifications are mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
