RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily meetings to address logistics-related manufacturing NCs.
• Validate defects with QC support, providing corrective action recommendations.
• Resolve logistics issues with proper containment and corrective measures.
• Manage complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Lead quarterly audits, report findings, and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare quality guidelines and instructions.
• Oversee raw material warehouse quality supporting manufacturing.
• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports for customer review.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
• Min 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing setting, well wersed in methodologies such as CAPA, GDPMDS and Six Sigma

Responsibilities :
Accounting (70%) and Administration (30%): Perform tasks in both areas as outlined below.

• Maintain internal databases
• Submit expense reports
• Input accounting system (SAP)
• Preparation and submission of payment application and other bank documents (including KYC) by manually and E-banking system
• Prepare regular reports and presentation material for stake holder
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed
• Handle queries from managers and employees
• Above responsibilities for subsidiaries and affiliate company
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• Min 5 years of partial set of accounts experience, specifically in Accounts Payable (handling payments) and GL (reconciliation/schedules), will also be considered
• Proficiency in reading and writing Japanese to accurately perform data input tasks in the e-banking system.
• Capable of assisting the Accounting Manager
• Willingness to handle administrative/GA responsibilities to allow the Director to focus on main operational tasks.
• Proficiency in operating office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
• Familiarity with office management tools, particularly MS Office software

Soft skill:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
• Full set of accounts highly preferred
• Previous work experience in General Affairs is highly preferred
• Previous work experience at a Japanese company or in the Marine Industry is highly preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software, such as SAP.
• Proficient in Japanese for handling Japanese documents or matters related to the Japanese headquarters.
• Knowledge of office policies and procedures
