• To copy write captions at Facebook/ IG/ XHS, email, landing page & other marketing promotion materials
• Communicate with relevant departments and parties to ensure the use of the right tone and messaging.
• Develop, implement, and adapt marketing strategies.
• Analyse customer behaviour on products, using various tools and techniques, to gain insights into customer preferences, trends, and buying patterns.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing
• 1-3 years Sales experience and skills would be hugely beneficial, including influencing, negotiation and objection handling
• Experience in managing accounts on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, YouTube, TikTok etc.
• Self-motivated, independent, results-driven
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Open to travel overseas for business purposes

1. Responsible to be part of the development and upgrading of our building facilities which will involve in planning and managing all projects (including master plan in nature) assigned to effectively meet the cost, time and quality targets and also ensure that the specifications meet with statutory requirements and corporate goals and objectives.

To facilitate product selections, budget/funding, procurement, delivery and/or any related activities between Users, MOHH, design consultants, contractors & vendors to synchronize procurement, installation and commissioning of Furniture, Fittings & Equipment required for the commencement of operations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC

i. Coordinating user requirements between users, workgroups and projects consultants from planning and approval to execution, as well as scheduling and documenting the various meetings.

ii. Update and track development and upgrading projects assigned, project schedule and activities for submission to MOH, authorities and internal planning purposes & etc.

iii. Attending meetings and discussions with the Consultants and involve in review of all design proposals, hospital planning & etc. with special focuses on patient care, functional efficiency, and safety requirements and assist users to plan, manage and integrate critical resources in order to develop the best solutions/practices in line with the business objectives and strategies.

iv. Assist in processing progress payment claims from the Consultants and any other Vendors employed

v. In charge and support requisition of purchases to meet department needs.

GENERAL

i. Providing support and conduct onboarding programme

ii. Facilitate processing of change request, cashflow projection and reimbursement of claims of Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) budget tracking and monitoring.

iii. Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

i. Bachelor in Architecture or Project Facilities Management or equivalent.

ii. Minimum 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in building development or project management in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.

• Ensure timely and accurate hands-on administration ofmonthly local payroll (including CPF) cycles using Prosoft (Unit 4), yearly income tax reporting submission
