KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. These are permanent positions affording the successful candidates the opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly and supportive department.

The gynaecological, breast pathology and cytology services have six pathologists responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical service comprising gynaecological and breast surgical pathology, frozen section cover, cytology and multidisciplinary meetings. The role of the successful candidate can be primarily clinical with a component of education or research responsibilities in accordance to the candidate’s preferences and aptitude. • Identifies potential vendor to provide services for the hotel and hotel guests e.g. Tour Operator/Limousine Service/Arrange Repair Services.
• Confirms on rates and services rendered based on contracts signed with vendors.
• Understands the hotel safety features and procedures in order to control emergency situations and provide assistance.
• Ensures that the hotel’s fire fighting team is well aware of the hotel’s fire safety procedures.
• Ensures that all incoming correspondence/emails and messages for hotel guests and staff are delivered promptly.

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with 1-year experience in a supervisory position
• Higher qualified/experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Finance Executive position
• IT savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with SAP system will be an advantage
• Prior audit experience will be an advantage
