The Position

Reporting to designated Team Lead or Manager of Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for administration of a portfolio of clientele which includes private and public limited companies as well as foreign companies, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your Profile

4) Conduct investigations and put-up reports for any cases.

• Conduct tasks related to designing documentation guidelines and templates, while also delivering training on quality-related aspects.
