- Understand HDB’s business processes and work with users to design and develop an end-to-end solution
- Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application system and information technology
- Manage the development of the application system and ensure the project is implemented within budget and according to schedule
- Design solutions that are of quality and functional to ensure a good user experience
- Monitors the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues surfaced in the production environment
- Work closely with various technical, solution and information architects to ensure the application developed is robust and align with the Enterprise Architecture
- Produce technical documentation for application systems.
- Have a keen interesting in IT / programming / system designs
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Experience in application development using the following technologies and programming languages such as Mobile, web, object-oriented programming, SQL, Java, JavaScript etc

Good to Have:

- Experience/knowledge in Scrum /DevOps concepts
- Experience/knowledge in the various technologies supporting CI/CD such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc
- Experience/Knowledge in Cloud, microservices architecture and container technologies such Docker, Kubernetes, etc

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance. Conversion to perm is dependent on good performance.

Job Responsibilities:

For Project Management:

• Assist stakeholders in implementing projects that support the hospital's strategic plans in clinical/development services
• Assist in the monitoring of the work plan to ensure proper deployment of resources and KPI tracking

• Assist in the financial justification of projects and track the projects' expenditures and savings

For secretariat duties:

• Provide full administrative support to ensure meetings are effectively organised and minuted
• Liaise with the Chairperson to plan required meetings, receive agenda items from committee members, circulate agendas and reports, circulate approved minutes and check and follow through to certify that agreed actions are carried out
• Maintain effective records and administration by keeping up-to-date contact details, filing minutes and reports, keeping a record of its activities and tracking future activities and timelines
• Uphold requirements of governing documents such as standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Ensure actions assigned by the committee to appropriate individuals are effectively followed through
• Serve as a central point for disseminating inter-cluster/inter-departmental communication

Job Requirements:

• A good Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with practical aspects of hospital operations is an added advantage

Requirement:

• Min ITE/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration or any other relevant field of studies

Finance & Administrative

1. Manage and prepare daily AR, AP, GL for shipments and cargo inventory.

2. Accounts Receivable: Ordering, invoicing, and follow up payment with Customers.

3. Accounts Payable: Payments to Suppliers, staff claims. Reconcile payments with invoices.

4. Ensure proper filing, documentation and data entry as required.

5. Working closely with the Senior and contribute to the preparation of monthly management reports.

6. Ensure financial data are updated and recorded in Xero in a timely manner.

7. Report to Senior and work with Board on improving our financial metrics for next phase of growth

8. Report to the Directors and handle general administrative, operations and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience

2. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, etc)

3. Self-motivated, well organized, meticulous and able to multi-task.

4. Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese speaking vendors and suppliers

Salary commensurate with experience. Able to commence work immediately or short notice is a plus. Training provided.
