Job Responsibility:

• Managing the assigned modern trade accounts
• Managing and implementation of our new product's objectives
• Managing our product promotion's proposal submission, negotiation and execution
• Liaising and negotiating with supermarket personnel for product's display space and rental and to improve visual merchadising of our products
• Building and strengthening the relationships with buyers, outlet's personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with Merchandising & Marketing Team and clients for sales and promotion plan of assigned key account
• To develop a career mapping for the Sales Executive / Merchandiser team
• Prepare sales proposals and quotation to customer needs and demands
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with experience/skills/knowledge in the FMCG industry and have handled modern trade under supermarkets
• Relevant experience in Supermarket or handling category/buyer roles will be an advantage
• You are willing to travel to assigned locations within Singapore
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & Power Point

• ( 6 Months contract , renewable)
• Working Day: 6 days
• Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm
• Location: Woodland Industrial Park
• Salary: $3000- $4500 ( Depend of experience)

Job Description:

• Conduct project site inspection.
• Coordinating and overseeing team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring that each member is contributing effectively to project progress
• Support the directors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality

Requirement:

• Able to coordinate with designers and Main Con on site and meetings
• Have 3 - 4years experience in carpentry works
• Able to do basic quotation, with guidance on price

Responsibilities:

• Deal with clients and ship-owners pertaining to all post-deal activities to ensure all necessary operational information is passed on timely
• Resolve common and complex deliveries, disputes and claims between clients and ship-owners
• Handle loading and discharging procedures and documents
• Assist in ship-chartering issue, i.e. computation for freight, demurrage and laytime
• Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder with 1-2 years of related working experience in marine industry (Dry cargo / Veg oil / Ship-owner).
• Candidates with more than 3-4 years’ experience, will be considered for a senior position
• Able to work independently, responsible and manage multiple priorities
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify high growth areas and expand School identity in Indonesia, VIetnam, Thailand and Philippines.
• Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with education institution and colleges across different geographical locations.
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent and student recruitment.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
• Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
• Provide administrative and operation support to the Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
• 3 years of relevant working experience as student recruitment in an international private education industry.
• Driven by a passion for student recruitment and sales, with a strong goal-oriented focus.

Remuneration will commensurate with sales targets.
