WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Management Executive is entrusted with the outlet's daily operational and financial excellence, exercising strong leadership and decision-making skills to uphold Stuff’d operational standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
The candidate should be available for a 5-day workweek, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Outlet Operational Excellence:
1. Operational Standards and Customer Experience:
- Uphold the highest safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency levels, ensuring adherence to Stuff’d hospitality standards in all interactions.
- Oversee timely inventory requisitions and receiving procedures and optimize strategies to minimize waste production.
- Lead the team in implementing necessary changes to enhance outlet performance and customer experience.
2. Equipment and Crisis Management:
- Ensure the functionality of the outlet and equipment, taking proactive measures for maintenance and readiness to manage crises effectively.
3. Customer Engagement and Communication:
- Manage customer experiences across multiple platforms, encouraging and facilitating social media reviews and ratings.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communications.
4. Reporting and Feedback:
- Provide comprehensive and timely feedback to the Area Manager regarding outlet activities, achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Safety Compliance and Manpower Management:
1. Compliance and Risk Control:
- Conduct scheduled food audits accurately and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Enforce adherence to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines for food and ingredient usage and sales.
- Communicate and ensure team members follow safe work procedures, maintaining compliance.
2. Resource Planning and Team Management:
- Assist in forecasting resource and manpower needs, and planning weekly schedules based on business requirements.
- Manage staff grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, escalating when necessary to the Area Manager/HR.
- Conduct on-site orientations, including safety, hygiene, and comprehensive on-the-job training for new employees.
3. Leadership and Performance Management:
- Lead, motivate, and train team members, fostering morale and facilitating succession planning.
- Set goals, provide timely performance feedback, and ensure accountability for each team member, motivating them to achieve targets.
