Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Industrial Securities (Singapore) Financial Holdings Pte Ltd. As an Account Executive, you will be crucial in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our financial operations. This position is ideal for someone with approximately 3 years of relevant experience who is proficient in Chinese and has a background in financial institutions (either as an in-house accountant or external auditor).

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements on a monthly basis. Analyse financial data and provide insights to management.
• Bank Transactions: Handle bank transactions, including reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, and managing bank transfers.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, auditors, and external stakeholders to address financial queries and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle all shipping documents, custom declaration and permit for import and export, including data compilation for invoices
• Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and deliver to respective parties such as banks in a timely manner
• Correspondence with customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
• Ensure relevant supporting certificates are ready by the registration department prior to shipment
• Coordination with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements
