• Responsible for effective implementation of the plant’s Food Safety (ISO 22000), Quality (ISO 9001), HACCP, Organic, and Halal Management Systems and its PRP prerequisite programs, certified by 3rd party certification bodies.
• Liaise with government agencies/certification bodies (SFA, HPB, MUIS) on all matters on product registration or plant certification information.
• Carry out internal audit activities, to verify operation activities meet HACCP, GMP, hygiene / sanitary, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 requirement periodically.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of QC experience in Food Manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with ISO standards for Quality and Food Safety, ie QMS 9001, FSMS 22000, HACCP, PRPs e.g. 5S, GMP.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Financial Advisory and Tax (FA&T) and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and administer client’s accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, monthly payroll, MAS reporting, GST reporting and payment administration.
• Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules, GST registration, MAS and GST Returns, consolidation, and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements with Director’s Report).
• Assist clients with accounting, payroll, MAS and GST related issues.
• Mentor and review work done by Associates.
• Any ad-hoc internal assignments.

Key requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or ISCA/ACCA/other equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least three years of working experience in handling full set of accounts, GST and payroll processing.
• Work experience (Audit or Business Outsourcing) in a Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & credibility, pay attention to details, thrives in a fast-growing organization and work to meet tight deadlines.
• Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision.

Job Description

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Ensure all vendor invoices are promptly and accurately updated in the accounting system with appropriate supporting documents.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain Statements of Account and reconcile their statements and balances.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and prompt processing of vendor invoice payments.
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable aging report
• Providing support to the finance team as needed, including ad hoc financial analysis or projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
