As a member of the Greengate Advisors team you will be engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including property owners and investors, facilities management professionals, specialist consultants, government bodies and contractors to bring bespoke, innovative solutions to our clients.
As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, projects that you will be expected to lead include:
· Helping clients formulate and implement their ESG agenda across their property portfolios
· Certification and recertification of properties against commonly recognised international environmental schemes, with a specific focus on Singapore Green Mark 2021
· Working with investors to assess the sustainability credentials of an asset or asset management organisation
· Supporting the submission and continuous improvement of the portfolio GRESB performance
· Evaluation of technology options to improve property and portfolio ESG performance
· Preparing business cases for and the delivery of sustainable building upgrades
· Preparing net zero roadmaps
· Helping to determine asset resilience
· Implement strategies for the development of comprehensive and transparent non-financial reporting
· Developing portfolio level initiatives to drive the sustainable management of supply chains, tenants and the wider stakeholder community

1. Recognised degree in a related discipline
2. In excess of 8 years professional experience with at least 5 years in a sustainability related role
3. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong applied knowledge in assisting clients reach their sustainability objectives
5. Qualified in the delivery of environmental certification and recertification schemes including Singapore Green Mark, LEED, CRREM and GRESB
6. A strong network of clients in Singapore
In addition to the above, the following requirements are desirable:
1. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering
2. Good understanding of the technological landscape in sustainability
3. Strong sales mindset
