THE ROLE

You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.

• Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
• Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
• Manage high touch events & acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support

· Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at the logistics building(s) that he/she is assigned to;

· Lead a team Technicians and Term Contractors to run the day-to-day operations at the logistics building including taking over of completed premises from the main contractor and handing over to the incoming tenant(s);

· Improve building maintenance standards and efficiency;

· Regularly review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);

· Ensure compliance with all government regulations, statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards;

· Conduct audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery, business continuity plan, emergency response plan and escalation procedures are in place and maintained;

· Enforce safety rules and regulations needed to comply by term and specialists’ contractors for the maintenance work;

· Oversee all administrative support for the logistic building(s);

· Responsible for executing all identified and approved asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) and improvement plans;

· Develop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings;

· Implement green and sustainability initiatives;

· Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management

Job Details:

• Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)
