Job Description:

• Collate, consolidate and analyze data to prepare various reports and powerpoint for Management.
• Participate in the forecast and budget planning as well as consolidate/analyze and verify the accuracy of the forecast and budget

• Assist to conduct internal and external reviews to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency
• Assist to formulate and implement organisation’s strategy to achieve broad strategic goals
• Coordinate with all departments to develop and implement action plans to achieve short and long term business goals as set out by HQ, Japan
• Collaborate closely with all departments and Group to ensure new projects are aligned with organisation’s strategies and values
• Assist to monitor the planning and implementation of business initiatives to all functions, including provision of support assistance to all departments for smoothening project accomplishment
• Assist to manage and coordinate organisation development initiatives by organizing regular management meetings

Job Requirement:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Financial or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Hands-on experience working with statistical and big data analysis (e.g. various mode of analyzing platforms) and handling large volume of SKUs

Job Description:

• Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports,such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
• Handle the employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during offboarding.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  Coordinate and manage the promotion process, communicate promotion decisions and updates to employees, and ensure the proper implementation of new roles and responsibilities
• Address other staffing-related matters, including yearly policy reviews, SOPs review, employee data maintenance in the SAP system, and other related tasks.
• Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing related matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Descriptions

• Ensure smooth operations of the school resources with alignment to the vision, mission, values and culture.

• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers in a courteous manner to ensure they have positive customer experience

• Perform PM, CM and BM of vehicles;

• Ensure the maintenance services and quality work is carried out with high quality in-accordance with the guidelines and report to workshop supervisor for necessary technical assistance;

• To complete the job within the specified time given;

• Conduct diagnostic check, troubleshooting, automotive transmission and engine overhaul if required;

• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and rectifying vehicle defects;

• Maintain the tools and equipment well;

• Ensure good housekeeping in workshop at all times.

• You will match patients’ requested bed class with the available supply of beds to minimise waiting time and to optimise hospital bed resources.
• Working and communicating with various stakeholders and team members on patients' requests and changes to bed assignment.
• Using of the Bed Management System to search and assign beds to patients in accordance to set protocol, policy and procedures
• Collating, analysing and submitting of statistical reports on a timely basis
