Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist the team with the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters of clients, opening of bank accounts & change of signatories, etc.

• Assist Manager/Assistant Manager in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors.
• Prepare Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and managing filing deadlines of AGM and Annual Return documents and advise clients on compliance requirements.
• Update and maintain the statutory registers and clients' records in database.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Salary:

• Up to $3,400 + VB (associate) / Up to $4,200 + VB (senior associate)

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm/ Hybrid WFH

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
• Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage. Training will be provided
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for the following:

• Data extraction from payment files and SAP systems

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

· Project future needs for goods and cleaning products; order accordingly

· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

· Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the management

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

· Attend quarterly P&L meetings

• Work closely with portfolio managers to understand their business requirements, and translating these business requirements to technical requirements, and vice versa

• Design, test and implement processes/tools/systems in partnership with in-house IT, risk, and finance teams as well as external software vendors and service providers to support the front-office investment workflow

• Develop and write test plans for system, process and product upgrades, as well as participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Develop and maintain user guides and documentations relating to processes/tools/systems implemented for front-office investment workflow

• Plan and work with multiple departments in– on implementing road maps of desired front-office workflow, including feature development and upgrades

• Ensure front-office processes and procedures meet internal standards for data integrity, security and auditability

• Monitor, analyse and troubleshoot front-office processes to ensure their smooth functioning. This includes liaising with the in-house IT department as well as external service provider in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issue

• Manage project implementations with vendors and service providers, covering procurement and related administrative issues

• Oversee change management to facilitate new product and/or system adoption, including possible re-engineering of workflow and processes.

What we are looking for

Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in business-related or IT-related fields

• At least 3-10 years relevant working experience, including business analysis/product management of system used in similar functions, in asset management domain

• Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with good problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design

• Adept communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders across all levels

• Experience working in cross-functional groups, representing views of different stakeholders and influencing teams towards achieving shared goal

• Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, with varying technical requirements, level of stakeholder engagement and completion timeline

• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements due to unforeseen restrictions / constraints in the existing system.

• Experience in developing test plan and managing testing for project implementation / enhancements

• Experience in developing and maintaining user guide and system documentations

• Experience in managing project scheduling and timelines for prompt completion of work tasks

Preferred qualifications:

· Knowledge and/or experience in risk management and/or trade processing domain

• Handle end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs and purchase orders.
• Identify and review potential suppliers for pharmaceutical products for compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Responsible for negotiation of contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of procurement experience in Pharmaceutical Products.
• Good negotiation skills and familiar with procurement processes and supplier management.
