- Preparing regulatory and management reports on operational and financial metrics.
- Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the creation and development of projects and plans for the annual workplan and budget across different business segments.
- Leading discussions with management and staff to develop strategies and business plans aimed at overcoming challenges and achieving objectives.
- Managing enterprise risk through identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
- Conducting industry benchmarking and performing financial and operational analyses to generate actionable business insights.
- Creating strategy documents and performance reports for businesses, projects, and initiatives, and presenting these to senior management.
- Providing support for meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
- Performing any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in Business Operation or Strategy Planning
- Immediate starter is preferred
- Good Team Player
