• co-design a plan to effectively support the acceptance and adoption of small-scale change and transitions. Have awareness of change theories and processes (including the psychological impact of change)
• facilitate and assemble with guidance from OD seniors, a change portfolio that provides a holistic perspective of its collective impact on the organisation

1. Work with the OD team, P&OD team to contribute to cross-cutting projects and organisation wide projects.
2. Other assignments and projects as assigned by Chief, People & Organisation Development in support of organisation wide initiatives.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources / Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in public sector
