Our Client is in the Online F&B industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards and creating scalable processes and support product management efforts.
• Participate in technical interview process of hiring new engineers.
• Responsible for designing and architect existing or new systems and platforms.
• Responsible for high-quality code and provide production-ready assurances through tests or QA
• Responsible and collaborate through code reviews and pair programming
• Coach the team to be proficient in testing and completing the work by documenting all necessary information to the product manager or stakeholder.
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Experience in Ruby on Rails framework, React JavaScript / Typescript.
• Proficient in writing tests with RSpec.
• Sounded knowledge of command line and toolchains (e.g. Zsh, Vim, Tmux).

• The Facilities Management Executive will be responsible for the facilities management, including the upkeep and maintenance, and building operations according to the required standards.
• Plan, organise, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of the areas assigned, including upgrading, renovation, and redevelopment works
• Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out renovations, building maintenance, and repair works
• Work together with other functions/departments to ensure work specifications are carried out efficiently and promptly
• Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facilities development
• Attend to defects and faults reported on-site, conduct investigation and determine the cause of the defect
• Supervise contractors and other related facility management departments
• Oversee fire safety and workplace safety matters pertaining to infrastructure facilities
• Handle leasing documentation
• Budgeting and preparation of Annual General Meetings (administratively)
• Update work schedules of the department, attendance, day-off, medical leave, PH and Annual leave into the HR system
• Up-date & follow up on submission of PUB WEMP, Lift PTO and Government application & submission and other related agencies
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits, supplier payments, deposit of cheque and customer receipts
• Verify discrepancies and resolve SP /tenants billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Send out invoices to SP and Tenant Management & Sinking Fund, electricity, late payment Interest, carpark charges and others
• 5.5 working days or 44 working hours per week

Tender Administration Work

• Attend site show-rounds
• Take off quantity and calling of quotations
• Preparation of all necessary document for tender submission

Contract Administration Work

• Procurement of sub-contract works including preparation of cost comparison for management decision making, preparation of Letter of Intent, Letter of Acceptance and subcontract documents.
• Preparation of cost estimate and submit variation order to client
• Preparation of monthly progress claim and cash flow to client
• Preparation of Final Claim Statement to client
• Attending site meeting
• Prepare sub-contractor progress payment
• Assessment of sub-contractor’s claims and finalize the account with subcontractors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary:

• Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Average 2.5 Months VB
• Working Location: Central

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure tenancy documents are properly executed and documentation in line with SOP.
• Process all lease documents and payments.
• Ensure all lease related forms are submitted by prospects and tenants.
• Provide lease administration support to the Department.
• Update and maintain the databases for contacts of prospects and tenants.
• Process payments that is relating to the Department
• Liaison works with appointed lawyers for stamping purposes.
• Perform other administrative support i.e. arrange courier services, flower orders, sponsorship of gift vouchers.
• Assist in stationery and office supplies to the Department.
