We are looking for an independent and motivated person who will help us drive engagement with the FinTech community via our events. The best candidate has great organizational skills, some technical knowledge of the marketing tools, problem-solving mindset, a proactive attitude, and an interest in marketing.
To ensure success, the candidate must be able to independently manage projects, and be comfortable independently running events and using various marketing channels to garner registrations and feedback for the events.
EVENTS
● Assisting with organizing and participating in events (virtual, physical & hybrid)
● Liaise and manage vendors
● Post Event reporting and data analytics
● Work with the Community Engagement Lead to curate content and speakers for events
MARKETING
● Publish marketing collaterals for events organized by SFA on various marketing channels (LinkedIn, Slack, EDM)
MEMBERSHIP
● Work with the Community Engagement Lead to engage internal + external stakeholders in relation to corporate membership program and expand corporate membership benefits through corporate partnerships (i.e Networking, Training, Learning journeys, members-only discount)
● Responsible for the marketing and communication to raise awareness of the corporate events at SFA
● Responding to members’ queries in a timely manner
Qualification:
● Fresh graduates are welcome. Willingness to learn is key
