Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related building construction field.
• Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of: Facilities maintenance, grounds and custodial principles and practices; Contract management principles and practices; Applicable local laws, rules, regulations, codes, and/or statutes; Project management skill; Preventative maintenance principles and practices; Industry Best Practices; Continuous Quality Improvement Principles; Sustainability in Facilities Management.

• Conduct inventory reviews and reconcile goods in transit.

• Maintain accrual-related schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Verify completeness of GL journal file and update GL postings as needed.

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent, ACCA
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting would be an advantage.
