*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Working closely with the Executive Chef/Chef De Cuisine and his assigned personnel: supporting Sous/Junior Sous Chef; running the entire daily kitchen operations and also for outside catering events.

*Preparation/delegating of mise en place as written/verbally instructed by superior .

*Ensuring consistency in work performance; overseeing junior kitchen staff members: demi chef/cook/ trainees; learn and study the full knowledge of the menus and their recipes.

*Maintain proper stock for smooth running of daily restaurant operations

*Ensuring proper handling and storage of all food items (First-in-First-out) in accordance with the company /Head chef's standards.

*Always ensure quality control and food presentation as per standard company recipes (restaurant/outside catering) , ensuring all portion controls are strictly adhered to following the head chef's practices.

*Inspect quality of food upon receipt and sign off delivery order in accordance with company policy (all staff members to use probe thermometer for checking of food temperature during receiving and to duly filled up FSMS monitoring form)

*Assisting Head chef/keep him updated; to oversee for stock items that are fast moving and for those that are not moving

*To ensure good hygiene and personal grooming standards, ensure working with safety for yourself and all fellow colleagues and adhere to Risk Management/safety practices.

*Enjoys being challenged, committed to serving food of the highest quality.

*To assist in monthly inventory for the entire kitchen..

*Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

*Perform any other duties as assigned by the management/CDC/Restaurant Manager

Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform month end close process, including the reconciliation and/or review of bank statements, fixed asset schedules, and other GL account reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the accounting operations within various client organizations, including clients' accounting software systems.
• Perform Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable process to ensure proper coding and timely entry.
• Perform monthly payroll process, including tax clearance for foreign employees (Form IR21) and yearly tax return (Form IR8A)
• Preparation of quarterly GST return filing and computation
• Preparation of withholding tax return (Form IR37)
• Preparation of audit schedules, confirmation letters, etc for yearly statutory audit.
• Perform other client responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree - major in Accounting
• Fresh Graduates are always welcome
• Ability to work independently on client assignments with positive and responsible attitude
• Strong time management, organizational, attention to details, good communications and interpersonal skills

• Salary: $2300; $2400 Upon confirmation
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.45 am to 6pm; Mondays to Fridays (Lunch: 12.45 pm to 1.45pm)

Responsibilities:

• Sorting and filing records
• Verification of documents against ID and address proof evidence
• Maintaining physical filing systems
• Maintaining and managing records via our online record management system
• Keeping track of outdated records and arranging for removal to the storage warehouse
• Filling in of prescribed forms based on information furnished
  Purchase of records online via subscribed websites, simple online data search etc.
• Submission of simple information via Bizfile (Training will be provided)
• Supporting a corpsec team of 6 members with assistance on the above scope of duties
• Other relevant duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Relevant experience
• Preferably with working experience in simple Bizfile/ACRA related transactions

About the Job
