• Oversee the calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements such as Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions and Skills Development Levy (SDL).
• Ensure Accurate and timely payment of salary which includes hourly / daily / monthly paid employees depending on the terms and conditions of employment.
• Review payroll transactions, including adjustments, bonuses, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with employment contracts and relevant legislation.
• Stay updated on relevant Singaporean labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements governing payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with CPF contributions, SDL, Income Tax Act, and other relevant regulations, maintaining accurate records and timely submissions.
• Oversee the integration and implementation of payroll system module, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with Singaporean regulatory requirements.
• Generate and analyse payroll reports to ensure adequate checks, reviews, as well as to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement, leveraging data analytics tools and software.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a Singapore context.
• In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll processing, particularly in the security or labor-intensive industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software – SAP or Oracle, payroll software and systems, with experience in implementation and maintenance preferred.

THK Therapy Service Division

THK Therapy Service Division (TS) provides occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech language therapy services to THKMC programmes and other community organisations. Through individual and group therapy sessions, TS addresses the various needs of clients ranging from paediatric to geriatric.

The Senior Occupational Therapist / Occupational Therapist is directly involved in the provision of therapy services related to developing and maintaining one’s capacity throughout life, to perform tasks and roles essential to productive living including self-care, daily living, leisure and work for children and/or adults. The Senior Occupational Therapist / Occupational Therapistis is responsible for the assessment, intervention provision, and management of caseload given.
