Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering an intuitive and enjoyable customer-centric experience. To interact and provide appropriate advice to visitor's need and attend to enquiries with a pleasant disposition at all times.
• Build customer profile by documenting and maintaining of customer’s data promptly.
• Ensure showroom is well maintained in a pristine condition at all times.

Requirement

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels with at least 2 years of experience in frontline customer services.
• Experience/knowledge in home renovation or material supply processes would be an advantage.
• Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin with good communication skill.
• Self-motivated, cheerful and outgoing personality with above-average EQ.
• Resourceful in tackling different situations.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently.
• Available to work on every Sat, Sun & PH (10am – 5pm)
• Work in central area.

Job Description:

The Cluster Customer Relations scope includes the end-to-end internal and external customer support to ensure complete, accurate and timely documentations in accordance with Company’s policy and related Regulatory Compliance. The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

A. Job Role

1. GIRO

• Ensure all children are sign up for GIRO
• Keep copy of all the GIRO forms to track whose GIRO is successful and rejected
• To observe and adhere to Skool4Kidz's policy to comply with all applicable primary and data protection laws in accordance with the Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA)

2. Arrears & Bad Debts

• To obtain updates from AFD on status of GIRO runs twice monthly
• To follow up with parents whose GIRO deduction is unsuccessful twice monthly
• To inform Principal of the arrears to be collected from Parents by NETS at the centres (Oversight)
• To escalate bad debts to respective Cluster Operations Director and assist in recovery actions

3. Reporting and Documentation

• To provide updates of their centres for management when required on Arrears report.

4. Audits Support

• To support the Principal for audits by internal and external auditors

5. Others

• To support respective Cluster Operations Directors in any other operational duties and special
• projects, if required
• Undertake any other Adhoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor.

B. Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and resources.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues, updating our internal systems.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Warehouse, Purchasing) to improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably in ecommerce/retail/call centre).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Diploma or equivalent and above is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in ecommerce or online retail.
• Knowledge of common ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Magento, etc.).
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
