Responsbilities:

• Manages procure-to-pay cycle, including invoices and credit notes validation
• Handles enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Prepares creditor reconciliations
• Supports internal and external audits
• Monitors and manages the accounts payable aging report, ensuring invoices are paid within agreed terms
• Facilitates bank reconciliation matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or a related finance role
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions

• Analyse Module specifications work with developers to coordinate the work, track the progress of the work

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
