Job Purpose

The Programme Executive of the Café Kawan/Mobile Café Kawan on Wellness and Preventive Health will be responsible supporting the operations of a mobile café that focuses on offering healthy programs and promoting preventive health practices. The primary objective will be to create a welcoming and educational environment that encourages customers, especially the seniors, to make informed choices for their well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute a wide range of programs and events for seniors coming to Café Kawan and seniors attending programmes at blocked-based level, Mobile Café Kawan.
• Collaborate with the whole Community Development team to strategize and create marketing campaigns to promote upcoming programs and events at the Café Kawan and for Mobile Café Kawan.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners (counterparts) to ensure smooth execution of community events and café programmes.
• Support Café Kawan/MCK Manager in logistics, including budgeting and scheduling to ensure successful implementation of daily operations (eg marketing list for café needs).
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess the program's effectiveness and gather feedback from the public, especially the seniors, and staff.

• Gather and analyse data and information required for the planning of each audit assignment based on the approved Annual Internal Audit Plan.

Job Requirements
