Job Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery schedules and pricing in alignment with customer purchase orders and agreements.
• Take ownership of allocated Inside Sales tasks related to customer accounts.
• Communicate all customer-required specifications, drawings, and documentation effectively within the organization.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and requirements.
• Generate accurate and competitive quotations based on customer specifications and requests.
• Ensure prompt execution of customer purchase orders, coordinating with relevant departments for smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP /Oracle system such as order processing, issuance of PO.
• Familiarity with Excel, Office and experience with ERP/ Oracle systems.

To front the company's customer service to support the members on their enquiries and membership orders and transaction.

To manage the membership system handling registration, order and sales confirmation and logistic fulfilment.

To manage consignment goods, inventory control, invoicing, payment and transfer.

To liaise with relevant parties and vendors to prepare and submit grant and other authority application, when necessary.

To assist the account to manage claims and reimbursement, reconcillation and verification.

To assist in keeping the experiential centre clean and perform necessary operation duties and customer service to visiting customers.

All other adhoc admin duties, where necessary.

The Opportunity

Within EY’s Financial Services Regulatory Compliance practice, you will participate in numerous projects and initiatives involving process reviews, system enhancements as well as new systems implementation, impacting and improving the relevant MAS regulatory compliance and reporting processes. You will also use your knowledge and expertise to implement challenging audit strategies and build strong client relationships. With the support of managers, you will extend your technical and business skills. You will progress quickly in our friendly, collaborative environment, supported by formal training, senior mentoring and exposure to a wide variety of commercial experience in the financial services industry.

Your key responsibilities

You will be working together with the audit manager, plan, lead and execute MAS regulatory review for financial institutions, focusing on regulatory risk and reporting for Banks, Capital Market Services Licensees and other financial institutions. You will perform regulatory related fieldwork and review of documentation to provide quality control over MAS regulatory reviews. You will also make recommendations to improve policies, procedures and processes.

Skills and attributes for success

• Knowledge of MAS Regulations such as Banking Act / Securities and Futures Act
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team in close liaison with the engagement managers
• Strong analytical skills with a good eye for details
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Accounting knowledge, with focus in IFRS and SFRS will be an advantage

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory reporting or risk management function, especially in banks or capital market services licensees
• Strong knowledge in banking operations and banking products and services will be an advantage
