Reporting to the Checkout Manager, together with your team of co-workers, you ensure an easy-buying experience for IKEA customers in a high volume and fast paced environment throughout the complete payment process by ensuring the check-out service is efficient for the customer and ensuring payments are handled in a reliable, accurate and friendly way.

Your assignment

• You ensure the checkout areas are efficiently equipped and co-workers are available to help customers throughout the day.
• You are available to support the check-out co-workers if they are unable to resolve customer's issues by dealing with the issues positively.
• You ensure accuracy of the Store’s daily monies collection, bank deposits and accuracy of the cash transaction records.
• You are responsible and accountable for daily basic operational needs and ensure proper maintenance of internal document for audit purpose.

• Lead a team of logistics analysts, managing regional projects across 11 APAC markets to enhance logistics performance, with a focus on improving customer experience and retention.

• Optimize operational performance during market imbalances by adjusting pricing, delivery flow, and customer choice.

We are establishing a dynamic team to consult in the Asset Management and Investment Management realm. Seeking individuals with proficient experience in middle office operations and a comprehensive understanding of the Aladdin system.

Responsibilities:

1. Client System Deployment: Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate the implementation of new systems, particularly the Aladdin platform.

2. Project Alignment: Grasp client objectives thoroughly and guide project delivery in accordance with these goals.

3. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships across various stakeholders, including business and technology teams. Understand their needs, constraints, and influence decision-making processes.

4. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Aladdin and Middle Office investment cycles. This includes pre-trade activities, order management, trading, investment operations, risk management/compliance/oversight, closed-book accounting, and performance measurement. Collaborate extensively with key stakeholders to provide Aladdin expertise throughout the implementation process.

5. Coordination and Management: Oversee and coordinate business analysis, project delivery, testing, and end-user training activities to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the Aladdin system.
