Job Description

• Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders;
• Manage and develop BIM protocol, standards and content (library);
• Conduct in-house BIM training;
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;
• Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice;
• Provide internal BIM consultancy for projects within the firm;
• Creates & manages Project BIM Execution Plan, Projects SOPs and BIM Implementation Plan;
• Established and assist project teams in documentation process and workflows.
• Chair/ lead BIM coordination and clash detection meetings;
• Monitor and ensure quality control and quality assurance between BIM Models.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 - 7 years’ experience working in lead position on BIM projects for BIM Manager position;
• Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission (Corenet X) process, requirements and guidelines;
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit, Navisworks and Dynamo;
• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/Structure/Mechanical or its equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
• At least 3 years of experience working in lead position on BIM projects for BIM Manager position;
• Proficiency in parametric design tools, Rhino, Grasshopper, Revizto is an advantage;
• Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit and Dynamo;
• Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modelling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify and originate wealth business.
2. Develop and maintain account relationship with existing clients (predominantly Indonesia based) and map out new customer pipelines.
3. Build a strong relationship with Head Office particularly the Wealth Management Group.
4. Analyse market information, client needs and offer appropriate solutions with consideration of clients’ risk profile and investment objectives.
5. Grow and expand the bank’s wealth business with strong collaboration with Head Office and other business units.
6. Managing documentation process. Coordinating the documentation amongst internal parties, clients and lawyers.
7. Lead the department in achieving assigned targets and contribution to the bank’s budget.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience and Background:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related financial services role, specifically dealing with HNWI and UHNWI clients.
• Strong track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including investment management, estate planning, and insurance solutions.

2. Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (such as CFP, CFA, or CPA) would be an advantage.

3. Client Relationship Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of the unique financial needs, expectations, and behaviours of HNWI and UHNWI clients.
• Ability to provide personalized financial advice and solutions that align with the clients' goals.

4. Sales and Business Development Abilities:

• Proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities within the HNWI/UHNWI market.
• Experience in prospecting, cross-selling, and upselling wealth management products and services.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets.

5. Financial Knowledge and Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, risk management, and tax implications for wealth management.
• Ability to create and implement tailored financial strategies, including portfolio management, wealth transfer, and asset protection.

6. Compliance and Risk Awareness:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in wealth management.
• Understanding of risk management principles related to investments and client portfolio management.

7. Professional Network:

• A well-established network of contacts within the financial industry and among potential HNWI / UHNWI clients.

Working Days & Hours: 5 days, 8.30am- 6pm

Salary: $5000 -$6000 + $500 transport allowance

Location: Geylang, and required to travel to 15 branches. Company will be moving to Woodlands Senoko in 2026

• High analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends in making business decisions
• Excellent computer skills in Power point, Words & Excel
