To help SCO Singapore in achieving followings:

• Ensuring that the quality of Business Credit Applications (BCAs) meets Group standards, particularly with
• regards to the completeness and depth of risk analysis.

1. Manage financial crime-related risk governance frameworks

• Oversee the implementation of Financial Crime Compliance (“FCC”) management based on policies and frameworks.

Position Overview:

• Accountable for operational planning of the product lines under his/her charge working closely with the other functional departments
• Responsible for adequate planning of production in all repair lines to meet Daily, Weekly and Monthly production targets and other defined measures of performance, such as Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD)
• Accountable for ensuring operational indicators within CORE Control Tower are met
• Responsible for all supervisory and human resource responsibilities for all direct reports (Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Training, Communications, Discipline)
• Be accountable for specific area(s) of the EH&S program as assigned and Quality standards across the assigned value streams
• Develop and mentor Team Leads to assist in optimum operational planning
• Drive employee engagement action plans, as appropriate, to meet benchmark scores in employee engagement surveys
• Identify and champion continuous improvement projects and constantly enhances existing methods of operation via CORE principals.
• Drive best practices innovation and sharing across the shop
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or General Manager

Specific Role Responsibilities:

• Utilize data and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
• Create/modify standard work to better fit business/customer needs
• Champion shop floor management process:

1. Ensure Tier 1 shop floor meeting is held as scheduled, participate as necessary and provide communication and content for the meeting
2. Lead the Tier 2 Line by Line meeting with the team daily, ensure comments and actions are taken as appropriate
3. Participate in the weekly GEMBA walk, address concerns noted in a timely manner

• Ensure progress toward Macro plan deliverables through the year
• Update Policy Deployment Progress Reviews (PDPR) to show plans and progress toward achieving Macro plan deliverables
• Address risks and negatively trending items with proactive RRCA
• Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement events
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive actions for cost savings
• Develop, implement and maintain a resource plan that ensures adequacy in employee numbers, skill level, on-going training and personal development employees under his/her charge
• To meet all applicable EHS, Quality and Global Trade requirements

The Snr Project Manager leads and sets the direction for executing very large project, national project or cross functional projects from budgeting, workplanning, procurement, execution and completion. He/She partners with key stakeholders and determines project goals that support business objectives and strategies. He/Shes leads/supports the conceptualisation & evaluation of the design of the end-to-end solution and manages the product /technology roadmap for the project/s. He/She directs a large team or multiple teams of professionals and third-party vendors or service providers towards reaching business goals related to the projects. He/She manages workplan, manpower resources, budgets, quality, compliance, risks and issues effectively to minimise any impact to the delivery and corporate outcomes.

He/she possess excellent leadership skills with experience in managing very large and complex projects across multiple cross functional teams. He/She develops, and maintains a trusted and strong relationship with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with all parties. He/she has excellent communication skills, possess an innovative mindset, thinks critically, acts with agility and able to handle adversity. Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks

Project Planning

• Manage the workplan demands, budget & prioritisation of workplan

• Plan, hire and optimise manpower resources to support the workplan demands

• Form team and set up the appropriate project governance structure to deliver the workplan demands

• Advise and guide the project teams on project management best practices and ensure the right framework, templates, tools and systems are used to deliver each project to achieve the scope, budget and deadlines objectives as well as compliance to the Quality Management System and HealthTech Instruction Manual

• Guide team in complex problem resolution and develop corrective actions

• Oversee and ensure all the project deliverables are delivered in acordance to the agreed scope, budget, timeline and meet the quality objectives
