Key Responsibilities

The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of projects for Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Finance, Credit Risk, Compliance data marts in Data Analytics department. This role requires a mix of domain, data warehousing and project management skills:

• Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Technical Solution Delivery: Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as necessary to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to support project activities, including assigning tasks, managing workloads, and optimizing team productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and reliability of data analytics solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of projects, monitoring performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to professional growth and development.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure transparency.

Key Requirements

· Experience in implementing Data Warehousing projects in Finance, Credit Risk & Compliance domains

· Data Warehousing Expertise: experience of implementing large data warehouses based on Hadoop, Teradata, SAS, Oracle including data modelling, using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS & visualization Tools such as Qlik, Microsoft Power BI

· Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges related to metadata quality, data lineage accuracy, and overall data governance effectiveness.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to details

· Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while exercising good judgment

· Ability to work on multiple projects at a time with teams distributed across multiple locations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Fluency in Mandarin (due to significant chinese speaking market) and English.

- Permanent part-time position.

- Weekdays, Mondays - Fridays, 11 am - 5 pm (Lunch break 1 pm - 2 pm) Daily required working hours, a 1-hour meal break.

- Reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

• Manage the pre-authorisation process and claims by assessing proposed treatment and therapies for medical necessity, appropriateness and cost-effectiveness in accordance with relevant guidelines.
• Able to source and articulate said relevant guidelines while managing moderately-complex local to global level cases.
• Completes day-to-day Case Management tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
• Use clinical knowledge to assess diagnosis and treatment plans and goals, and identifies gaps in care or risks for readmission or complications.
• Establish patient centric goals and interventions to meet the member’s needs.
• Coordinate care and interface with the member, family members/caregivers, and the healthcare team, as well as internal matrix partners.
• Establish a documented patient centric case management plan involving all appropriate parties (client, physician, providers, employers, etc), identifies anticipated case results/outcomes, criteria for case closure, and promotes communication within all parties involved.
• Work with Cigna physicians to evaluate complex cases and receive appropriate clinical expertise on diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Deliver to customers clinical programs including case management, chronic condition management, lifestyle coaching, pre assignment assessment and any other program delivered by global clinical operations.

The Design Project Manager (DPM) is instrumental in overseeing the development and execution of precision component design projects, from mold design conception to completion. The DPM will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) documentation, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams.

• Lead design projects from concept through production, ensuring the product aligns with client specifications and business objectives.
• Oversee Design for Manufacturing (DFM) preparation and review, working closely with customers to secure approvals

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering or relevant polytechnic qualification; experience in design will also be considered.
• Experience: 12-15 years of experience in core design, product development, and industrialization.
• Tools: Strong skills in NX CAD and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Good to Have: Education in Project Management and proficiency in project management tools.

Key Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in NX Mold design and the ability to create precise, efficient mold designs.
• DFM Proficiency: Skilled in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) preparation and review using MS Office tools to ensure manufacturability and alignment with client requirements.
• Processing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of injection Molding, rubber compression, MIM, and LSR Molding processes.
