Monitors and controls the safe and cost efficient technical operation of all assigned vessels using the available resources, within the defined parameters of cost, commercial viability and operational excellence in line with Owners expectations. Ensure environmental compliance policies are upheld.

• Understands the contractual agreements with customers to be able to deliver the same with regards to the ship management services for each assigned vessel, in a safe and cost efficient manner.

• Projects the requirements in maintenance and repairs activities, spare parts and technical training of the assigned vessels in order to provide valuable information for the development of the budget and maintenance plan of the vessels. • Monitors all vessels trading certificates to ensure compliance with existing maritime legislation, safety regulations and operational standard requirements of all regulatory bodies.

• Oversees and monitors the overall technical operation of the assigned vessels, ensures the timely and accurate completion of dry-docking on budget and of other relevant shipboard maintenance and repair activities, in order to support the operational effectiveness of vessels and increase customer’s satisfaction and commitment.

Education and Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent, or

About the Role:

As a Regional Marketing Manager you will oversee regional marketing strategies for South East Asia (SEA) and align with the SEA Go-To-Market team to deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets. As a Global Investment Manager, you will expand regional market presence, foster strategic partnerships, and drive projects in sustainable energy. This dynamic role focuses on market expansion, land acquisitions, and project execution while collaborating with international government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development / Market Expansion: Identify and analyze new land opportunities (globally) for sustainable energy, forge strong partnerships, and create strategies for market entry
• Partnerships & Negotiations: Build relationships with global stakeholders and secure project permits and documentation
• Project Management: Oversee projects from feasibility studies to final execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and success

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management or related field
• More than 5 years in renewable energy business development and project management in a global business setting
• Proven track record in managing high-impact, large-scale projects with international reach
• Strong understanding of the global renewable energy landscape, including familiarity in regulatory environments, technological advancements, andrenewable energy and environmental conservation industry trends
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Frequent international travel is required for land evaluations and/or meetings with government authorities
