As a member in the People Relations team, you will be in a position of influence where you will have direct access to business units and feel the pulse of the organisation. • Partner the business on end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to management of temporary employees, transfers, secondment and re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests.
• Manage onboarding process of all new hires.
• Review and analyse current processes through use of data or latest trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the internal P&C functional teams to execute HR policies at the business units-level.
• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations.
• Implement relevant HR strategies to support and drive business needs and performance.
• Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
